i love Japanese Drama. aka. JDrama(JDorama). who knows why? who can guess why? who wants to guess why?

yeah, well, of course everyone would tell me that it's the number of pretty boys(especially JE pretty boys) in the drama.. and i am definitely not exaggerating when i say that JE(Johnny's Entertainment or Johnny's Jimusho) boys are seriously pretty and cool and cute and all other words that have the same surname. you can search for JE Boys in wikipedia. just type in Johnny's Entertainment. =)

ok. well, irrelevance is definitely my middle name. where were we? oh yes. pretty boys. ehh? no! who said that?! shh! we were guessing the answer to 'why Nur Faiezah aka EFJ loves JDrama.?'

well, aside from pretty boys(xP), JDrama makes me think. like seriously think. no.. not like thinking in an exam kind of think.. but thinking deeply. like serious thinking. mostly about life. somehow JDramas have this effect on me. as i watch the Dramas, i start to think to myself about my life and how i should live it. how i can develop my life and how i can grow and be independent. i also think about humans. how weird human beings are sometimes. including me. especially dramas about problems typical teenagers face. yes, i know, other stories from USA and even Singapore also has teenaged problems. but somehow none of them actually make me think. oh.. you know what i mean..

i find human beings to be weird creatures sometimes. i derive this from watching One Litre of Tears. a sad but true story of a 15-yr-old girl facing a cruel disease, Spinocerebellar Degeneration(SCD). slowly, her normal body functions begin to deteriorate until she finally left this world at the very young age of 25.watch out for my next post. i might just tell you more about it. anyway, i remember some lines. "why me? why did the disease choose me?" this reminds me of something people would say if their loved ones were to get the disease instead. "why you? why not me?" typical. it's the human mind. but isn't this somewhat contradictory to the point that it might even be ironic? but who can be blamed? you do not want to get sick. neither do you want the person you love be sick.

this in turn makes me think; why are there even sickness in the world? why are there such negativity? why are there the existence of 'riots', 'wars', and 'conflicts'? let us not talk about the opening of Pandora's Box, whoever in the Greek Mythology did it. nor are we going to talk about the Yin and Yang of the world. the balance between good and evil. are you sure that the world is too good that a little evil is needed? now, isn't the world tilting more to the negative side instead of staying balanced? so why are there still negativity?

i cannot think of anymore right now..i will.. oh.. wait.. correction.. i MIGHT type more if i think of anything else.. or IF i'm not too lazy.. hehh. =P okay then. bye. =)

love,
EFJ
